Located in Virginia's historic Upper Piedmont and set in the countryside reaching to the Blue Ridge Mountains, Fauquier weaves its own special charm and casual sophistication throughout the region.

Medical Facilities - Fauquier County affords residents an excellent medical care system, offering 80 active staff physicians and 22 dentists, two nursing homes, six assisted-care facilities, a free clinic, hospice and a mental health clinic, and award-winning Fauquier Hospital.
